Holly Brown

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced ultra runner, we’ll work together to create a realistic and adaptable training plan that suits your needs.
Running your first 5K or training for your next ultra, I’m here to help you build a plan that fits your life, your goals, and your pace. My coaching approach is rooted in passion, flexibility, and a deep understanding of the challenges that come with balancing running, family and work life.
I’ve been running my whole life—from 5Ks to 100 milers—and I know the commitment it takes to reach your personal best. I’ve completed events like the Tarawera 100km and 100 miler, Faultline 100km, and Blue Lake 24-hour Challenge, where I was the last woman standing. But what drives me most isn’t running long distances; it’s the process and the growth along the way.
As a Mum to three energetic boys, I understand how hard it can be to find time for training, which is why I’m all about making running fit into your life.
I take a holistic approach to coaching, which means I care about the whole athlete. We'll focus on more than just pace or distance; I want you to feel strong, confident, and empowered as you work toward your goals. And if life throws a curveball? We’ll adjust and keep moving forward. Consistency is key, and I’ll be here every step of the way to help you stay motivated—and maybe even have a little fun along the way.
My philosophy is simple: flexibility, consistency, and balance. I’m constantly learning and growing as a coach and a runner, and I bring that energy to each athlete I work with. Let’s get started on your journey, no matter where you are in your running adventure.
