🏃♀️ My Running Journey
Running has been part of my life since my teens, but it truly became meaningful when I followed my mum into my first marathon. Since then, ultrarunning—especially on trails—has been a space for challenge, healing, and deep connection. More than a sport, it’s a lifestyle that’s shaped who I am.
🎓 My Background
With years of experience in education and leadership, I’ve always loved supporting people through personal growth. Coaching felt like the natural next step—an opportunity to give back to a sport that has given me so much.
💭 My Coaching Philosophy
I take a holistic, inclusive, and athlete-led approach to coaching. It’s not just about splits or mileage—it’s about listening to your body, honouring your life circumstances, and finding your rhythm. I especially love working with trail and ultra runners, as well as those stepping into the unknown for the first time.

Coaching is about people. Watching someone achieve what they once thought impossible—whether it’s their first trail race or a breakthrough in confidence—reminds me of why I do this. For me, there’s nothing more fulfilling than being a part of that transformation.
